This is Emma one of our New Yorkie
Shorkies.
Hi, Jiffy, Rascal, Congo & Pepper
(formerly Benji),this is Emma (formerly Bubbles) yoursister. I
wanted to wish my brothers a Happy 1st Birthday (Oct. 7). I’m living
in New York City with my adopted mommy, Phyllis and I’m very happy.
I’m almost 7 lbs, and don’t think I’ll get much bigger. I must be
very cute because everyone makes such a fuss over me and I know my
brothers must be just as cute! I think my mommy is planning a
surprise birthday party, andI’m really excited – that means I’ll get
lots of new toys!!!!
Happy Birthday to all of you – I love you and hope you’re all happy
in you new homes. Woof, woof, (hugs & kisses)
Love your sister, Emma

Things you can do with your Shorkie
in New York City
One of the biggest problems in New
York city is that many people like to take Taxi rides. But beware if
you are in the city. If your dog is not in a carrier then most taxi
drivers will turn you down.
Being that the Shorkie is a toy breed
you can just put your dog in a carrier and it should be fine. So as
far as the Shorkie goes, getting around New York city should be
pretty easy.
Next is what to do in New York with
your Shorkie.
I think the biggest and best of the
parks is of course CENTRAL PARK!
There are some many dog owners that
walk their pooches at Central Park that your Shorkie will fit right
in.
There are some doggy do's and doggy
dont rules that apply to the park and here is a list of them in case
you choose to visit.

they and their owners follow Park rules and regulations.
